Is the veg food cooked separately?
Veg and non-veg items are cooked on separate grills with separate tools. Look for the green FSSAI mark on the menu.
Do you have Jain or no-onion options?
Most burgers and wraps can be made without onion or garlic. Ask at the counter.
Where can I see allergens?
Every item page lists its allergens. Our kitchens handle gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, soy and mustard.
Stores & ordering
Can I order online?
Not on this website. Order at any store, or on Zomato and Swiggy.
Do you take bulk or party orders?
Yes. Send us a message with the date, store and headcount and we will call you back.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all cards and UPI at every store.
Offers
Do offers work on Zomato and Swiggy?
No. Our offers are for dine-in and takeaway at BUNZARO stores only.
How do I get the student deal?
Show a valid college ID at the counter, Monday to Friday.

Which cities are open for franchise?
We are prioritising cities in Uttar Pradesh, but we review enquiries from anywhere in India.
Do I need restaurant experience to work here?
No. We train every new crew member, paid, from day one.
